Boesky and Company
For 25 years, Keith Boesky worked at the intersection of content and technology as an attorney, senior executive, agent and advisor.
Starting as an attorney at Cooley in the early 1990’s and working with clients ranging from Qualcomm to the Upper Deck Company and Angel Studios (now Rockstar South), Keith saw both the potential synergies and real communication and business gaps between content and technology companies.
Eidos hired Keith as President on the premise that a game could be used as a launch platform to grow an entertainment franchise. He proved it out with Tomb Raider: Starring Lara Croft
After leaving Eidos and looking for more support and understanding of the content world, Keith joined International Creative Management where he bridged the agency’s clients into games and the emerging technologies of the early 2000s. He lasted two years and left with the full support and continued collaboration of ICM to start Boesky & Company.
Since starting Boesky & Company in 2004, Keith provides strategic and business development assistance to investors, media, content and technology companies at all stages. Over the years, clients included Apple, Universal Studios, Paramount, Robert Ludlum Entertainment, Chineseall and Morgan Stanley.
Keith actively works with startups, primarily as an advisor in exchange for equity. Representative companies include Riot Games, Improbable, Otoy, Spaces and Two Bit Circus.
Keith lives in Pacific Palisades with his wife Sari while his son Kevin is off studying to be a mechanical engineer.
